What is the return policy?

Return Policy at No Wet Sheets, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us. Please take a moment to review our return policy below: 

Personal Items:  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personal items such as bed linens due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or defective personal item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a new, non-defective item as quickly as possible.

Sheets:  To initiate a return for sheets within the 60-day guarantee period, please follow these steps: • Contact our customer service team via email (support@nowetsheets.com) to request a return authorization (RA) number. • Pack the sheets securely in their original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during return shipping. • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs for sheets under the 60-day guarantee are the customer's responsibility. • Once we receive the returned sheets, we will inspect them for any damage or signs of use. If the sheets are in their original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method or send out a replacement as per your preference. • Please allow up to [14] business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned sheets.

Shipping is based on the location in which the products will ship.  No Wet Sheets will occasionally offer shipping promotions.
